Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu S2 – 04: Drunk Himeji and Shouko oppai pillow.

Now I’m beginning to wonder which is worse: Getting on Himeji’s bad side, or getting on her good side?

Not that it matters an iota when she’s drunk.

Still no sign of classroom battles (ugh), but I read a comment somewhere that Class F was banned from engaging in battles for 3 months. Well, that’s a reason, but not reason enough not to have classroom battles for FOUR EPISODES ALREADY.

So the students of Class F are likewise bored to death, reduced to playing card games.

The game is called I Doubt It, but I doubt anybody will be interested in my typing an explanation, so watch the minute-long instruction video within the episode.

I think Himeji’s appearance flustered the guys so much that they made the mistake of introducing penalties to losing in the card game.

Unbeknownst to her, the chocolate within the box she’s holding is laced with alcohol.

Alcohol can do the weirdest shit to some people, especially so on a normally demure-looking Himeji.

Like making her very interested in knocking people out with chloroform.

Or endangering people’s lives.

Or bestowing the ability to strip guys without actually touching them.

(JohnnyYandere: I WANT TO BE DRUNK NOW)

Oh yeah, here’s your weekly dosage of the lovely Shouko!

Well, the first skit was the usual sweet-but-savage Himeji crossdressing Akihisa and Shouko terrorizing Yuuji, but at least in the second half of the episode, we get to see the summoned beings, which is really the main selling point of this show.

Interestingly enough, these summoned beings have been upgraded, for better or for worse.

Changelog in Shoukanjuu Ver. 2.0:

1) Cosmetic adjustments to be able to exist in non-combat form.

2) Newly coded Vocaloid plugin to mimic normal speech.

3) Neural uplink directly to the host’s frontal lobe, governing speech and thought.

Essentially, it means the summoned beings speak the mind of the host, unfiltered and uncensored.

Minami adores Akihisa to no end, but her tsun aspect almost totally dominates her dere aspect.

Which results in a rather unsavoury ending for Akihisa. It’s too bad that chibi-Minami is soooooo cute.

Heh, masterful manipulation from Himeji to force Akihisa to summon. He definitely has a lot of deep dark secrets.

Imagine what you can do if these kinds of things can happen in real life.

Well it’s probably insufficient to explain what I mean, but you can make a fool out of a person by asking him to announce out loud that he’s looking for a person named Mike Ock. Stuff like that.

Typical reaction after you’ve been punked.

Yuuji that lucky bastard. How many girls will willingly drag you into an oppai pillow?

Better appreciate what you’ve got, or fear the wrath of the MILLIONS of Shouko fans!

At least he’s happy about it for once. He’s got to be.

Final Thoughts:

Sigh. The episodes are interesting enough admittedly, but WHERE ARE THE CLASSROOM BATTLES? Can we please leave these kinds of episodes for OVAs? Episodes like these are a dime a dozen in every other series, so do what you’re best at please? Seems that shaking my fist angrily and giving the YANDERE DEATH STARE still isn’t enough for the producers to get their act together so how about my ULTIMATE RAGE FACE?

I wanted to see more tsun-tsun but oh well. It’s not all bad.

The only tsun tsun that trumps this is Misato Tachibana in Nichijou.
