Who is this?! Take off your mask!! Are you really the boring Kaoru who emo-ed and whined about family affairs in season one?! Why are you so… DAMN…. CUTE!!!
I know this is Nanasaki Ai’s arc, but seriously, Miya and Sae totally stole the show from her.
Finally, the highly anticipated Nanasaki Ai’s after-story arc descend upon us…
The producers had no balls to troll Rihoko fans (If any..) a second time.
After the first two episodes of fast-paced narrative (in relative terms), Natsume returns back to the poignant and lulling shorts in the third and forth installments. Both of them are predictable from a mile away in terms of plot development (nothing new), but they are pretty interesting. The fourth episode in particular excelled with the conveying of the mono no aware theme.
To start off, let’s welcome the little cutesy youkai which is a strange hybrid of animals, insects and things.
Puffer-fish. (Or Porcupine)
Junichi was born with pathetic nanpa talents, explaining why he was left alone on Christmas at the start of the first season.
And Rihoko was naive enough to believe that Junichi wanted a serious competition on Chest+Height measurements.
Even after she grew up…
She still carried on believing. FACEPALM.JPG
